Yes. MisterFare serves Gatwick North Terminal and South Terminal. Check your terminal with your airline, as allocations can change; Gatwick also runs a free shuttle between the two terminals.

Follow the meeting instructions supplied with your booking. Gatwick does not allow passengers to be picked up outside its designated areas, so collections do not take place in the terminal drop-off lanes.

Your pickup is booked for the date and time you choose, and it is not changed automatically if your flight is early or late. Any waiting options available for Gatwick pickups are shown during booking, with any additional amount included in the fare before you pay.

Enter the number of passengers, suitcases, trolley bags and baby pushchairs when you book. The booking system checks them against the current capacity of each vehicle — from a Saloon for up to three passengers to larger group vehicles — and only offers vehicles that fit. Larger parties may need more than one vehicle, which the booking step works out for you.

Yes. The booking form records adults, children and infants separately, and a baby seat can be added as an optional extra during booking; its current price is shown before you pay. You can also enter pushchair and trolley-bag requirements so the vehicle has room for them.

Charging hours are currently Monday to Friday 07:00–18:00 and Saturday and Sunday 12:00–18:00, except 25 December to 1 January. Any charge that applies is shown as a separate line in your fare breakdown before payment.
